Our Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine is ideal for batch cleaning small components such as forgings, and heat-treated components such as bolts, nuts, engine valves, washers, and so on. Whether it is deburring, deflashing, scale, and rust removal, or shot peening, which tumble on the rubber/metallic belt in a closed chamber, the entire batch of cast or forged jobs are cleaned by tumbling in the Tumble Belts.

Our Tumblast shot blasting machines are durable, and rugged, and have been proven successful in a wide range of working circumstances. In addition to being built to do a number of tasks, our machines are capable of not only cleaning but also shot peening. The rubber conveyor belt is durable and long-lasting. As a result, the machine is the most cost-effective to operate. Our machine is offered with a variety of extra features such as auto mechanical loading, program-logic control system, timer-based operation, and so on.

The machines illustrated in this booklet are not the only ones available: Other variants and sizes with contents up to 2.5 m3 and load capabilities up to 5 tonnes are available upon request.

The Tumblast shot blasting machine's door is opened, and components are manually or with a loader arrangement loaded onto the machine's endless rubber conveyor belt. The door is then closed, and the blasting action begins. The abrasive media like steel shots falls at high velocity onto the tumbling components, cleaning them. The rubber conveyor belt softly tumbles the components, ensuring adequate exposure. After the blast cleaning cycle is completed, the blast wheel is turned off and the door is opened. The components are put into the trolley by moving the conveyor belt backward.

Tumblast Shot Blaster is a wheel blasting machine that is specifically developed for the use of round ferritic abrasive discs. The procedure begins when the discs enter the blast machine's loading skip, which delivers them into the tumble blast machine and then returns to its initial starting position.

After entering the tumble blast machine, the doors seal automatically, and the blasting process begins once the turbines reach their nominal rotation speed. The forward motion of the steel track belt keeps the discs constantly turning beneath the blast stream of the turbines, ensuring that all surfaces are uniformly blasted.

The Tumblast Machine has a drum width of about 1600mm, a maximum charge volume of 2,500kg, and a single-piece maximum weight of 150kg. The tumblast shot blasting machine is specifically intended to lower the height from which the discs are dropped during loading and unloading, hence minimizing damage to any sensitive or weaker parts.

The Tumble Machine, designed primarily for batch operations, delivers an equally and continuous tumble, guaranteeing that all portions of the discs receive a uniform treatment regardless of size and shape. During the tumble, the brake discs are constantly shot removed, ensuring that any cavities or crevices are thoroughly cleaned.
