The pressure blasting phenomena are used by the portable shot blasting equipment, which also includes a blast generator. The abrasives are fed from the top when the shot blasting machine is not in use or the blast generator is not under pressure. For sieving the abrasive fully, a vibrating sieve is provided at the top. The abrasive will be transferred to the blast generator for blasting if the mushroom valve is removed. The mushroom valve is secured to permit the abrasive to fall freely into the mixing tube once compressed air is turned on and the abrasive storage tank is pressurized. Abrasive material, such as steel shots, is delivered from the mixing tube to the shot blasting nozzle by compressed air for blasting.

Automatic Filling Valve

For quick refilling of abrasive and resistance to abrasion, the machine is equipped with an automatic mushroom valve (filling valve) that has been properly carbide coated.

Tungsten Carbide Venturi Nozzle

The long series convergent-divergent coated tungsten carbide blasting nozzle guarantees high velocity, an evenly dispersed blast pattern, and increased blasting output while offering lower wear, a longer lifespan, and greater resilience to breaking.

Blast Hose
The blast hose has a short bend radius, great flexibility, and is light weight in addition to being electrically antistatic and extremely abrasion resistant.

Abrasive Control Valve 

To manage the abrasive flow via the blast nozzle and to maintain the necessary air-to-abrasive ratio, the machine is equipped with a pinch valve with a hand wheel.

Abrasive Sieving
To prevent blast line choke, abrasive is sieved through a wire screen that is equipped with a pneumatic vibrator.

Abrasive Tank Construction 
According to IS-2825, an abrasive tank is constructed from a tested-quality steel plate and hydraulically tested at 250 PSIG.

Automatic Exhaust Valve

It releases the air from the outlet, quickly depressurizing the shot blasting machine. When the air supply to the machine is cut off, the valve automatically opens, and vice versa.

Ball Valve
To ensure complete air flow without pressure loss, the portable shot blasting machine is equipped with a ball valve that has stainless steel shots made of an anticorrosive substance.

Remote Control System

The remote control valve gives the operator at the blast nozzle total on/off control over the unit. When the operator switches positions or uses spot blasting, less abrasive and air are used, and the operator and other workers in the vicinity are kept safer. In case a nozzle accidentally falls, the machine is halted.
