Steel Cut Wire Shot 

Steel Cut wire shot abrasive in use quickly condenses into spheres, and as a result, it moves through shot blast machinery with little resistance. The glass plates that make up the majority of the classifier are spaced apart and tapered slightly. Shot cleaning or shot peening machine generally involves blasting a steady stream of shots against the workpieces. Use of Steel Cut wire shot requires no modifications if shot blasting equipment is in good condition. A typical issue with shot blasting equipment is excessive shot leakage or waste.
